This album features some of the songs Cory wrote for The Mastersource library (now under the umbrella of Universal Music) during 2004-2011. The songs have been used in a plethora of TV shows and commercials including Dancing with the Stars, American Idol, The Today Show, Jericho, Las Vegas, One Tree Hill, Cupid, The Division, Tia and Tamara, E! Entertainment Specials, commercials for Credit Karma and Tutti (international), the movie "The Return", and many, many more. These songs were recorded simply, often one song completed in a day's time, almost in more of a "demo" fashion.
